Ban on Cell Phones While Driving Silly As Banning Listening to Music While Driving

I think it’s fair to say that not all people are distracted to the point of not being able to drive when they are on the cell phone. Similarly some people are not distracted by listening to music and changing the songs on their car’s CD player as well. Laws that ban cell phones while driving will simply reduce the productivity of American businesses by cutting out the crucial time saved talking while driving.
