Michael Steele was Partially Right

I am amazed how all the media outlets seem to have congregated to attack Michael Steele over his Afghanistan remarks. Many tell readers that Steele lied about the war being started by Obama, which he did not say. He said “this was a war of Obama’s choosing’, which is partially correct given Obama’s choice of pulling out of Afghanistan after his election. As for the rest of the comment, people seem to be indignant upon hearing anything related to history and how it applied to the US in its war in Afghanistan.

It’s obvious Bin Laden is in Pakistan, yet our government subsidizes the country and stays engaged in a war we cannot afford around the globe. What is wrong with some Republicans having a differing view on our foreign policy, shall all Republicans have the exact same beliefs? I think not, and it is not fair to kick Steele out for voicing his opinion in this matter.
